Ingredients to Avoid

READ THE INGREDIENTS! The most important step so you know what you’re eating. (I’ll explain the reasons later)

The most important ingredients to AVOID are:
1. High Fructose Corn Syrup
2. Partially Hydrogenated Oil (including canola)
3. MSG or natural flavor
4. Modified or Genetically Modified anything
5. Soy products

  1. For only five ingredients to watch for, it sure does limit the options at the store. Since you are a long timer on this subject, I would love to know what brands of different products you like. (Snacks, yogurt, breads, etc.)

  3. Looks good Crystal! I agree, it would be handy to get a list going of healthy brands to buy. Otherwise I could be at the store reading labels all day. (this is obviously Cheryl, not Dustin)
